Our company owners each have over 30 years experience in the industry and all of our team leaders have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience as stone fabricators and installers. We really do know stone.
It is our goal to stay abreast of any new developments in material or products so we can be sure our clients’ needs are always met in the most efficient and cost-effective way we can offer. To this end, we are strong proponents of continuing education for everyone at StoneRescue.
One of his first projects was refurbishing the marble surfaces within the Ritz Carlton/San Francisco hotel complex. A multi-year project, he found the challenges and results satisfying and never looked back. Over the past 20+ years Dale has been involved in the repair, restoration and preservation of his clients’ natural stone finishes. Much of his work is in many of the Bay Area’s great homes and he remains a trusted contractor based on his exceptional job habits and discretion. He remains a knowledgeable source of information and guidance for many in this field.
He found an attraction to the stone world and started a fabrication and installation shop with two partners in 1991. An accident prompted him to sell the business in 2007 and take a few years off but apparently stone was still in his blood. Since 2014 Keith has been privileged to work with two premier bay area stone suppliers in a number of roles, including testing and troubleshooting new materials and assisting their customers in appropriate stone selection for their projects.
Going to work at a well-respected fabrication and installation shop in the East Bay. He has always been a positive influence and quick learner and mastered the skills necessary to put him in the top echelon of fabricators and installers. Over the past 25+ years he has worked on every type stone project one can imagine and has developed an exceptional eye and feel for color, texture and overall aesthetics that makes him an exceptional asset when difficult repairs are needed. We are fortunate to have Salvy at StoneRescue as one of our team leaders.
He has been applying his skills and knowledge in the stone industry for nearly 5 years, working closely with Dale in the field and also actively following and testing new materials, sealers, equipment and techniques to keep us on the cutting edge to best service our customers stone needs. Due to his innate curiosity and desire to learn, Will also possesses a solid understanding of mechanics and geology and brings a wealth of knowledge and insight from a scientific perspective that propels StoneRescue far above the majority of our industry. Will is a valued member of our team.
The principals of StoneRescue have over 50 years of experience between them in stone fabrication, selection/importing and restoration and preservation. We understand and know stone. And we know when there is new, unfamiliar material being offered that we need to experiment with and test to determine its characteristics and suitability for any project it may be selected for.
